When something goes wrong
A payment failed, a salon cancelled, or something does not look right.
- Fix a failed payment — Replace the card connected to an appointment before the booking is released.
- A salon cancelled your appointment — Check the cancellation notice, your payment status and your next step.
- An appointment does not look right — Check the details first, then contact the salon or Gloa depending on what is wrong.
- Reach a person at Gloa — Send a clear request for help and include what is needed to investigate it.
- A payment was refused — Understand the refusal, check whether the booking was completed and try a card that can be accepted.
- A page or list will not load — Retry the failed request, distinguish an empty result from an error and avoid repeating a payment while its result is unknown.
- You are not getting notifications — Check the notification type and channel, then make sure push is allowed on the device you are using.
- You cannot sign in — Use the exact account email, follow the error shown and reset the password if you no longer know it.
- A photo or voice message will not open — Retry a failed photo from its message, check whether the conversation itself loaded and ask for help if a voice message still will not play.
- A salon page looks wrong or out of date — The salon controls its page details. Message it about ordinary corrections, or use Report for misleading or unsafe content.
