A page or list will not load
Retry the failed request, distinguish an empty result from an error and avoid repeating a payment while its result is unknown.

In short
- An error message is different from an empty list: an empty search can mean no salon matches the current filters.
- Use Try again when the page offers it. Appointments and Notifications also support pull-to-refresh.
- If a payment was in progress, check Appointments before submitting it again.
Gloa shows a loading state while a request is underway and an error state when some customer lists cannot be retrieved. Search results can also be empty because of the selected area or filters, which is not a loading failure.
- Wait for the loading message or indicator to finish. Do not press a payment button again while it is still busy.
- Choose Try again when the error screen includes that control.
- Pull down to refresh if the failed list is Appointments or Notifications.
- Remove a search filter or change the search area when the result is empty without an error.
| Search says nothing matches | Change the area or remove filters; this is an empty result, not a failed load. |
|---|---|
| Notifications or Appointments shows an error | Use Try again or pull down to request the list again. |
| A salon page says it is not available | Go back. That screen does not distinguish a missing salon from a request error. |
