A payment was refused
Understand the refusal, check whether the booking was completed and try a card that can be accepted.

In short
- A refusal shown in the payment form means the payment was not completed.
- Read the message: it may identify an expired card, an incorrect security code, an invalid number or insufficient available funds.
- Your booking is confirmed only after the payment or card-saving step succeeds.
When the payment form reports an error, Gloa keeps the form open so you can correct the details or use another card. The appointment is not confirmed from that refused attempt.
- Read the payment message before changing anything. The message may tell you exactly which card detail needs attention.
- Correct the card number or security code when the message identifies one of them.
- Use another card if the card is expired, has insufficient available funds or is simply declined.
- Complete the payment again and wait for the booking result.
| The form says the security code does not match | Check the code and submit the payment again. |

| The card is still declined | Try another card. Gloa cannot make a card issuer accept a refused payment. |
