1. Change or reset your password — Choose a new password while signed in, or recover access when you have forgotten it.
2. What information Gloa holds about you — See what comes from your profile, bookings, payments, messages and use of Gloa.
3. Your privacy rights in Quebec — Quebec law gives you rights over your personal information and a way to exercise them.
4. Close your account — Request deletion, understand what happens right away, and know what remains from past appointments.
5. Change your name, email address or phone number — Update the contact details on your profile and confirm a new sign-in email securely.
6. Save your home address and place its pin — Save or update your default home address from your profile and use an address suggestion to set its location.
7. Choose appearance, language and motion — Use the Preferences section of your profile to choose English or French, light or dark appearance, and reduced visual effects.
8. Ask for your information or have it corrected — Ask Gloa for access to personal information it holds about you, or ask for inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information to be corrected.
