Change your name, email address or phone number
Update the contact details on your profile and confirm a new sign-in email securely.

In short
- Change your name and phone number together from Edit profile.
- Your sign-in email has a separate control under Sign-in & security.
- Changing your email requires your current password and confirmation from both email addresses.
Name and phone number
Path: Profile › Edit profile
- Open Edit profile and replace your full name or phone number.
- Save your changes. Your name cannot be left blank.
Sign-in email
Path: Profile › Sign-in & security › Change email
- Choose Change email and enter your current password.
- Enter the new email address and save.
- Open the confirmation messages sent to your current and new addresses and confirm both. Your sign-in email changes only after both confirmations.
| “My current password is refused.” | Use the password for the email address currently shown on your profile. If you have forgotten it, reset it from the sign-in screen. |
