Change or reset your password

Choose a new password while signed in, or recover access when you have forgotten it.

In short

  • While signed in, change your password from your profile's account security.
  • If you forgot it, start from Forgot password on the sign-in screen.
  • When you request another recovery code, the previous code stops working.

While you are signed in

  1. Open your profile, then open account security and choose to change your password.
  2. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm the new one.
  3. Save the change. Use the new password the next time you sign in.

If you have forgotten it

  1. On the sign-in screen, enter your email address and choose Forgot password.
  2. Open the email from Gloa. Use its code or link to continue.
  3. Choose and confirm a new password. If you ask for another code, the previous one stops working.
