Gloa collects what is needed to run your account and bookings. It does not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and it does not share it for someone else's advertising.
Information you provide
- Your name, email address, telephone number, language and any profile photo, city or province you add.
- Your bookings: salon, services, time, professional, price, notes, applicable cancellation terms, changes and outcome.
- What you write in messages, reviews, reports, refund questions and requests for help, including photos and voice notes you attach.
Information written as you use Gloa
- Payment and refund records, without your full card number.
- Loyalty activity, recent missed-appointment count, notification details and the legal-document versions recorded for your account.
- Brief technical information such as your network address, device type, app version, dates and error traces, used for security and diagnosis.
