Ask for your information or have it corrected
Ask Gloa for access to personal information it holds about you, or ask for inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information to be corrected.

Include in your request
- The email address used for your Gloa account.
- Whether you want access or a correction.
- Enough detail to identify the information or error.
- Write to privacy@gloa.ca from an address you can access.
- Say that you are requesting access or correction and describe the information concerned. For a correction, include the accurate information so the requested change is clear.
- Provide enough information to identify your account and request.
