Points after a cancelled or missed visit

Points are awarded only when an eligible visit is completed. A cancelled or missed visit does not earn visit or spending points, and its money is handled separately under the salon's policy.

In short

  • A cancelled visit does not earn points because it is not completed.
  • A visit marked as missed does not earn points either.
  • Cancellation charges, refunds and points are separate.

The salon chooses which completed visits and spending earn points. Gloa adds those points when an eligible appointment is marked completed, not when you reserve or pay.
