How you earn points

A participating salon adds points after an eligible visit is completed. The salon chooses how its program works and which services count.

In short

  • Points belong to each salon's own rewards program and do not combine across salons.
  • They are added after an eligible appointment is completed, not when you reserve.
  • Book from your account because guest bookings do not collect points.

Points come from the salon's own rewards program, not from Gloa. They belong to the program that gave them, so points from different salons do not combine into one Gloa balance.

Guest bookingsDo not collect points
  • A salon may award points for a completed visit, for eligible spending, or both.
  • The salon may limit earning to certain services. Its rewards card shows what counts.
  • Points for spending count what you pay the salon for the visit. Gloa's booking fee and sales tax do not earn points.
  • Points are added after the appointment is marked completed, not when you reserve the time.
  • Guest bookings do not collect points. Book from your account so the visit can be linked to you.
