Stop or restart a salon's offers

You can stop marketing offers from one salon without affecting your bookings or the rest of Gloa. That salon then appears under Stopped offers, where you can subscribe again.

In short

  • Stopping offers applies to the salon named on the offer.
  • It does not cancel a booking or stop you from using Gloa.
  • You can subscribe again from the Stopped offers list.

Your marketing choice is kept separately for each salon. Stopping one salon's offers does not change your choice for another salon.

  1. Find an offer from the salon you want to stop.
  2. Choose to stop offers from that salon and confirm. Check the salon name because the change applies only to that business.

Receive its offers again

  1. Find the salon under Stopped offers.
  2. Choose to subscribe again. Use the search field when the stopped list contains several salons.
I cannot find a salon under Stopped offers. That list contains salons you stopped from an offer. Search by the salon's name and check that you are signed in to the same account.
