In short

  • Use an unlocked reward from the salon that issued it on an eligible booking.
  • Apply it before you confirm and check the final summary to see exactly what changes.
  • Only one reward can be applied to a booking.

An unlocked reward can lower an eligible booking or cover the service named on the reward. It only changes what the reward describes; the final summary remains the source of truth for what you pay.

Before you start

  • An unlocked reward from the salon you are booking with
  • The eligible service named on the reward, if it is for a particular service
  1. Start a booking with the salon that issued the reward and choose the service or services you want.
  2. Choose an available reward. If it is for a particular service, that service must be part of the booking.
  3. At the final step, apply the reward and review the updated service total, amount due now, and amount due at the salon.
  4. Confirm the booking. The reward is held for this appointment and cannot be used on another booking at the same time.

The reward does not make everything free.Read the updated total. A reward tied to one service does not automatically cover other services or add-ons.
