In short

  • A held reward becomes available again if the appointment is cancelled before completion or marked as a no-show.
  • The reward returns to the salon program that issued it.
  • The salon's cancellation policy still applies to money already paid.

If you cancel before the appointment is completed, the reward is released from that booking and becomes available again. The same happens if the appointment is marked as a no-show while the reward is still being held.

Where does the reward go?
It returns to the rewards for the salon program that issued it. You can use it again on an eligible booking there.
What if the appointment was already completed?
A completed appointment claims the reward. If the completed booking is later refunded in full, the reward becomes available again.
