Receive offers from a salon

Choose to receive a salon's offers when you review a booking. Your choice is recorded after the booking succeeds, and the salon decides whether and when to send an offer.

In short

  • Opt in while reviewing a booking to let that salon send you offers.
  • The choice is saved only after the booking succeeds.
  • Opting in does not promise an offer; each salon chooses what it sends and when.

Offers are sent by the salon, not automatically after every booking. When one is sent to you, it appears with the salon's name, its value, any minimum spend and its expiry date.

  1. Start a booking with the salon and continue to the review step.
  2. Select the choice to receive that salon's exclusive offers. The choice is optional and is separate for each salon.
  3. Finish the booking so your choice can be recorded.
I opted in, but I have no offers.The salon may not have sent one. Opting in allows offers; it does not send one.
I selected the offer choice, but the booking failed.Try the booking again and select the choice again. Consent is recorded after a successful booking.
