Calendar and hours

Opening hours, time off, blocks, and taking a walk-in.

  1. Set opening hours and a closed day — Set the weekly frame in which appointments can be offered and close the days you never work.
  2. Block time, a day off or a closure — Use calendar blocks for exceptions without rewriting your regular weekly hours.
  3. Add a walk-in to the calendar — Record an appointment you take in person or by phone, with or without client details.
  4. Switch calendar views and jump to a date — Move between a close view of one day, a week at a glance and the whole month, then return to today in one step.
  5. Show one person's calendar — On a wider screen, narrow every calendar view to one person's bookings. The calendar does not currently have a service filter.
  6. Book a client yourself — Add a phone or in-person appointment to the calendar. No online charge is taken: the booking is confirmed and marked unpaid for payment in person.
  7. Change who is assigned to a booking — Move responsibility for a booking to another person or leave it unassigned. This does not change the service, time, notes or amount.
  8. Propose a new time for a booking — Send a confirmed client a proposed date and time. The original appointment stays in place until the client accepts, and the proposal does not change the booking amount.
