In short

  • Record in-person or phone bookings on the calendar so their time is not offered again.
  • Use an existing client, add a new one or make the booking without client details.
  • Review any overlap warning before choosing to book anyway.

A walk-in belongs on the calendar even when the client never booked online. Recording it protects the time from being offered to someone else and keeps the day readable.

Path: Calendar › New booking

  1. Choose an empty calendar time and start a new booking.
  2. Find an existing client, add a new client with their name and optional contact details, or choose a walk-in with no information.
  3. Choose the service, the person doing it, and the date and time. You may leave the person unassigned and add a note.
  4. Add the booking. If it overlaps another booking or block, review the warning carefully before deciding whether to book anyway.
