In short
- Business hours set the outer limit for bookable time.
- Each bookable person also needs availability inside those hours.
- A day without valid opening and closing times is closed.
Business hours are the outer boundary of your booking calendar. A team member's availability can be narrower, but it cannot offer a client a time outside the business day.
- Open Business hours. For each regular working day, turn the day on and enter an opening time followed by a later closing time.
- Turn off a weekday you are always closed. A closed day does not need opening and closing times.
- Review the whole week and save. On a wider screen, you can copy Monday's setup to the other working days before adjusting exceptions.
