Change who is assigned to a booking

Move responsibility for a booking to another person or leave it unassigned. This does not change the service, time, notes or amount.

In short

  • Changing the assigned person does not change what the client is charged.
  • You can choose another person from the booking details or leave the booking unassigned.
  • Gloa refuses the change if the chosen person already has a booking at that time.

The booking details let you change the assignment only. The service and appointment note are not editable there, and a time change uses a proposal to the client.

  1. Open the booking from the calendar and open its full details.
  2. Open Assigned to and choose another person. Choose the unassigned option when you want the salon to decide later.
  3. Wait for the assignment to save before closing the booking.
