In short
- Use a timed block for part of a day and an all-day block for a full day off or closure.
- Choose whether the block applies to one person or the whole business.
- A block removes availability for its time.
Keep weekly hours for your normal routine. Use a block when one person takes a break or day off, or when the whole business closes for an exception.
Path: Calendar › Time block
- Choose an empty place on the calendar and start a time block.
- Choose whether it applies to one or more people or to the whole salon.
- Choose all day or specific hours, then set the date. Add a title or private note if it will help you recognize the block.
- Save. Specific hours for a person become a break, an all-day block for a person becomes a day off, and a whole-business block becomes a closure.
