When the salon asks to move your appointment

Review the salon's proposed time and accept it or keep the original appointment by declining.

In short

The proposal appears with the booking in Appointments and may include a note from the salon.
Accepting changes the appointment to the proposed time; declining leaves the original time in place.
The proposal does not change the payment attached to the booking.

A salon proposal does not move the appointment by itself. The original booking stays in place while the request waits for your answer.

Path: Appointments › Proposed new time

Open Appointments and find the booking marked with a proposed new time.
Read the proposed date, time, duration, and any note from the salon. Compare the proposal with the date and time already shown on the booking.
Choose Accept to move the appointment or Decline to keep its original time.

Accept	Decline
The proposed time becomes the appointment time. The salon is told that you accepted.	The original appointment stays unchanged. The salon is told that you declined.

“I cannot answer the proposal anymore.”	A proposal can be answered only while it is pending and the booking is still confirmed. Refresh Appointments; if it is still unresolved, contact the salon.
