Cancel from the appointment itself. Before you confirm, the screen tells you plainly whether anything will be kept, so you are never guessing.
Path: Appointment › Cancel
- Open the appointment and choose to cancel it.
- Read what the screen says about money. It is based on the salon's own policy as it stood when you booked.
- Confirm. The salon is told immediately and the time is freed for someone else.
Will I get my money back
It depends on when you cancel, measured against the deadline your salon set. Cancel before it and anything you paid up front comes back to you. Cancel after it and the salon may keep some or all of it, because at that point they are unlikely to fill the slot.
