Find upcoming, past, and cancelled appointments
What appears in your appointment list, and where to look when an older or cancelled booking is no longer there.

In short
- Your appointment list shows bookings that are pending or confirmed.
- Completed visits appear only while you can rate them or change an existing review.
- Cancelled appointments do not stay in the list; the cancellation email is your record.
The Appointments screen is a working list, not a complete archive. It keeps the bookings you still need to attend or that are waiting to be confirmed at the top.
Path: Appointments
- Open Appointments to see your pending and confirmed bookings.
- Look below the active list for a recent completed visit that can still be rated. A completed visit drops out when there is no longer a review action available.
- Search your email for the confirmation or cancellation when the appointment is not shown.

| “My upcoming appointment is missing.” | Refresh the list. If it still does not appear, check the booking email and contact the salon before travelling. |
