A cancellation deadline is a number of hours before your appointment starts. Up to that moment you can cancel freely. After it, the salon's policy decides what happens to anything you paid.
Gloa does not set this and does not have a standard one. It belongs to each salon, because only they know how hard a Saturday morning is to refill.

- Where do I see the deadline before booking?
- On the salon's page and again on the last step before you confirm. It is also written on your confirmation email, so you always have a copy.
- What if I am simply going to be late?
- Message the salon. Being late is not a cancellation, and most salons would rather rearrange their afternoon than lose you entirely.
- What if the salon cancels on me?
- Then anything you paid comes back to you in full. A deadline applies to your choices, not to theirs.
