Active, used and expired offers

An offer's status tells you whether it is still available. Active offers show an expiry date when they have one; used and expired offers stay visible but are dimmed.

In short

  • Active means the salon's offer is on and has not expired.
  • Used means you already claimed that offer.
  • Expired means its end date has passed.

The salon sets the offer's value, minimum spend and end date. Read those details on the offer itself; they can differ from one offer to another.

After the salon sends itThe offer appears as Active.
After you claim itThe offer is marked Used.
After its end dateThe offer is marked Expired.
My offer is dimmed.Read its status. A dimmed offer has already been used or has expired.
An active offer has no expiry line.An expiry line appears only when the offer has an end date.
