When a reward changes your deposit
A loyalty benefit from the salon can reduce or remove the deposit. The payment review shows the normal deposit, your benefit and what remains due.

In short
- The salon decides which loyalty benefit it offers and who qualifies.
- Your deposit can be reduced, removed or replaced by reserve-now-pay-later.
- The final review shows the benefit before you confirm.
This benefit changes when you pay, not the fact that the booking total remains due. If the deposit is removed, the payment review shows no deposit now and the amount that will be paid at the appointment.
| Deposit waiver | Nothing is taken as a deposit; the total remains for the appointment |
|---|---|
| Reduced deposit | A smaller amount is charged now and the rest remains |
| Pay later | No deposit is charged and a card is saved for the booking |
When the benefit applies, the review labels you as a loyal client. For a removed deposit it shows the usual amount crossed out; for a reduction it shows both the usual and reduced amounts.
- Open the payment section on the final booking review.
- Read the amount due now and the amount left for the appointment. A pay-later benefit can also show a no-show amount when the salon has set one.
- Finish saving or paying with your card, then wait for the booking confirmation.
| My reward did not change the deposit | Use the amounts on the final review. A waiver or reduction applies only when the salon offers it, you qualify, and the booking has a deposit that can be changed. |
