Save and manage a card

Your card can be saved while you book, then used for the amount due when you arrive. You stay in control of which saved card is the default.

In short

  • A card required during booking is saved to your account and can be used for an amount due at arrival.
  • Changing your default card does not change the card already assigned to a booking. Update that booking separately when its payment notice offers this option.

When a booking needs a card, the payment step saves it to your account. If an amount remains for your visit, that same card can be charged when you check in. The review screen tells you this before you confirm.

Choose or remove a saved card

Path: Account › Saved payment methods

  1. Open your saved payment methods from your account.
  2. Choose a card as your default, or remove a card you no longer want to keep. A card assigned to an upcoming booking with a balance may have to stay saved until that appointment is completed.
