A deposit is part of your booking total, not an added charge. The salon's policy and the service you choose determine whether one is requested.

In short

  • The deposit is charged while you book and lowers the balance.
  • The salon sets a general deposit policy and can set a different rule for a service.
  • The final review shows the exact deposit and remaining balance before you confirm.

A deposit reserves part of the booking total for payment now. It is not added on top of the service price: whatever you pay as a deposit comes off the amount that remains.

The salon chooses whether it normally asks for no deposit, a share of the total or a fixed amount. A service can have its own rule instead. You see the result for your chosen service in the payment section of the final review.
