Look after a booking you made as a guest
A guest booking is managed through its emails and directly with the salon because it is not attached to a Gloa account.

In short
- Keep the confirmation email: it carries the appointment details and arrival codes.
- A guest booking does not appear in an account's Appointments list.
- To change or cancel it, contact the salon using the details in the booking email.
Booking as a guest records the appointment without a Gloa account. The salon keeps the name and contact details you entered with its client record, while the booking itself has no signed-in account owner.
Keep these handy
- The confirmation email with the salon, service, date, and time
- The arrival QR code or short arrival code from that email
- The email address you used when booking
- Open your confirmation email whenever you need to check the appointment details.
- Contact the salon if you need to change or cancel the booking. Use the same name and email address you entered so the salon can identify the right booking.
- Bring the arrival code from the email when you go to the appointment.
| “I signed in, but the guest booking is missing.” | That booking is not linked to the account. Use its confirmation email and contact the salon for any change. |

| “I cannot find the confirmation email.” | Check the inbox and junk folder for the address used at checkout. If it is not there, contact the salon and give the name, date, and time you entered. |
