Insights and reports

Understand your numbers and export what your accountant needs.

  1. Read your dashboard — Choose a period, then read appointments, earned revenue, clients, and the items that need your attention.
  2. Booked money and earned money — A booking can carry a price before the service is completed or the money is collected.
  3. Build a report — Owners and managers can group booking results. Transaction reports and money figures require finance access.
  4. Export for your accountant — Download a year-end summary or the transaction lines for the period you are reviewing.
  5. Set a dashboard goal — Choose revenue, bookings, or new clients and enter a monthly target. The goal card measures the period shown on your dashboard.
  6. Rearrange your dashboard — Add or remove widgets, start from a preset, and arrange the board around the figures you check most. Nothing changes until you save.
  7. See your business at a glance — Insights brings bookings, clients, team performance, and service performance into separate views. Choose the period first so the figures answer the same question.
  8. Know who can see business figures — Owners can view business and finance figures. Managers can view business figures, while finance figures depend on their permission; team members cannot open Insights.
  9. Compare team and service performance — Use Team to compare people and Catalog to compare services. Booking volume remains visible without finance access; money details follow finance permission.
  10. Read business alerts — Business alerts appear in Notifications for owners. They can flag a chargeback, an unusual rise in refunds or no-shows, or summarize a completed week.
