In short

  • Business alerts go to owners, not managers or team members.
  • The alert names the business, which helps when you own more than one.
  • Reading an alert marks it as read; it does not change a booking or move money.
Chargeback alertA chargeback was opened
Refund alertRefund activity rose unusually
No-show alertNo-show activity rose unusually
Weekly summaryCompleted work and new-client activity

Review an alert

  1. Open Notifications and find the business alert.
  2. Check the business name and the figures shown in the alert. An alert can cover a completed period rather than today's activity.
  3. Compare the alert with the matching period in Insights.
  4. Use Mark all read when you have finished reviewing every unread notification.
