Set a dashboard goal

Choose revenue, bookings, or new clients and enter a monthly target. The goal card measures the period shown on your dashboard.

In short

  • Your goal tracks one measure at a time: revenue, bookings, or new clients.
  • Revenue is offered only when you are allowed to view finances.
  • Changing a goal does not change bookings, prices, or client records.

Choose what to measure

Bookings or new clientsRevenue
  • Bookings counts appointments that are not cancelled.
  • New clients counts people whose first visit falls in the measured period.
  • Revenue counts appointments marked completed.
  • This choice is hidden when you cannot view finances.
  1. Open Edit on the Goal card. If the card is missing, add the Goal widget while customizing your dashboard.
  2. Choose the measure you want to track.
  3. Enter a target greater than zero.
  4. Save the goal.
I cannot choose revenue.Use bookings or new clients. Revenue goals are available only to someone who can view finances.
The goal will not save.Enter a target greater than zero, then save again.
