Know who can see business figures

Owners can view business and finance figures. Managers can view business figures, while finance figures depend on their permission; team members cannot open Insights.

What changes without finance access

  • Revenue sections and revenue dashboard widgets are unavailable.
  • Reports stay on bookings and omit money columns.
  • The Goal card offers bookings and new clients instead of revenue.
  • Team performance ranks by booking volume instead of revenue.
A manager cannot see revenue.Review that person's finance permission. Their role alone does not grant finance access.
A team member cannot open Insights.This is expected for the team-member role; use the schedule and appointment views available to that person.
