Scan a client's booking code

Scanning and entering booking codes are not available to a regular team-member account.

In short

Ask the salon owner or a manager to scan the code or enter the client's short code.
If the camera cannot read the code, the short code is the supported alternative for the person checking the client in.

Read your day — Read the appointments your account can see and find what needs your attention.
Check a client in — Record that the client has arrived using their booking code.
When a client is late or absent — Give a late client the salon's grace period, then record an absence only when the action becomes available.
Handle a change to your book — Check what changed, then involve the salon when an appointment must move or change hands.
