In short
Your regular team-member access is limited to appointments assigned to you.
You may confirm or complete your assigned appointment, propose a new time, and mark it absent after the grace period.
Ask the salon owner or a manager to record an arrival, cancel, or change the assigned professional.
You may do this on your booking
Ask an owner or manager
Confirm a pending appointment
Mark it completed after it starts
Propose a new time for the client to accept or decline
Mark it absent after the grace period
Record the client's arrival
Cancel the appointment
Assign it to someone else
Change its service or client
Rules that depend on timing
Before it starts
Your assigned appointment can be confirmed, or you can propose a new time. The original time stays in place until the client accepts.
After it starts
It can be marked completed.
After the grace period
It can be marked absent if no arrival was recorded.
The action I need is missing
Check that the appointment is assigned to you and that its timing allows the change. Otherwise, ask an owner or manager.
The appointment did not move after I sent a new time
The original time stays in place while the client decides. Check whether the request is still awaiting their response.
