Follow a refund from start to finish

The cancellation result tells you whether money is being returned. The refund then follows the original card payment, and your card issuer decides when the credit appears.

The salon's cancellation policy decides whether the deposit, another captured amount or nothing is returned. Gloa shows that outcome before you confirm the cancellation, so read it before expecting a credit.

  1. Read the refund result before confirming a cancellation.
  2. Check the account used for the original card payment. Changing your default card does not redirect the refund.
  3. Ask your card issuer to trace the credit if you cannot recognize it or the card account was closed.
