In short

  • A refund returns through the original card payment, even if that card is no longer your default.
  • It often appears within hours, but your card issuer controls when the credit is posted.
  • The salon's cancellation policy decides what can be returned.

When a refund is issued, it is sent back against the original charge. You do not need to add a card or move the money yourself, even if that card is no longer your default.

Refunds often appear within hours after they are completed in Gloa. Your card issuer may take longer to post the credit, so there is no single arrival time that applies to every card.

What if the card was replaced?
The refund still follows the original card payment. If you cannot recognize the credit or the account was closed, ask your card issuer to trace it.
