Read your booking total line by line
The final review separates services, discounts, Gloa's booking fee and tax on that fee. The total is the amount after those lines are combined.

In short
- Services include the services and add-ons you chose.
- An applied reward or welcome gift lowers the service amount.
- A Gloa booking fee and its required sales taxes appear separately when they apply.
The total on the review step is the figure to check before confirming. Earlier in booking, the running amount reflects the cart you are building; the final review adds every line that applies to the payment.

The payment section then splits that total by timing. The amount due now can be a deposit or the full total. Any remainder is shown for the appointment.
- Check that the services and add-ons match what you chose.
- Check each discount, fee and tax line before reading the total. If the fee is marked as an estimate, the exact amount is confirmed before payment.
- Read the amounts due now and at the appointment before you confirm.
