Why money is pending before a payout

Pending money has been collected but is not yet available to send to your bank.

In short

  • Pending and available are different parts of your balance.
  • Only the amount under Available to pay out can be sent to your bank.
  • When pending money clears, it moves into the available balance.

  • It cannot be included in a payout yet.
  • Money that can be sent to your bank now.
  • The payout action uses this balance.
Client payment collectedThe money can first appear under Pending.

Payout startedThe payout appears in Recent payouts with its own status and arrival date.
  1. Open Payments and compare Available to pay out with Pending.
  2. Start a payout only from the available amount. If the available amount is zero, the payout action stays unavailable.
  3. After starting it, follow the separate payout status under Recent payouts.
My client paid, but Pay out now is unavailableCheck whether the money is under Pending. Wait for it to move to Available to pay out.
