In short
- Client money can be pending before it becomes available.
- A payout is offered only when payouts are enabled and money is eligible for the chosen payout method.
- Follow the status and expected arrival date in your recent payout history.
Money collected from a client can appear as pending before it becomes available. Only the available balance can be sent to your bank.
| After collection | The money can first appear as pending. |
|---|---|
| Once cleared | The money becomes available for a payout. |
| After a payout is accepted | Its status and expected arrival date update in your recent history. |
- Open payments and payouts, then read the available and pending balances.
- If a payout option is offered, review the amount and timing on the confirmation screen, then submit the request. The available amount can change before the request is accepted.
- After the request is accepted, follow the payout in your recent history. Its status and expected arrival date update there.
| The payout request is refused | Read the message shown. Payouts may not be enabled, the eligible balance may be empty or may have changed, or the chosen payout method may not be available for the account. Refresh the payment status and balances; if an instant payout is unavailable, use the standard option only when Gloa offers it. |
