When payouts are paused or unavailable

Read the payment status first, then complete any remaining details before trying to send money to your bank.

In short

  • If payouts are not enabled, money cannot be sent to your bank from Gloa.
  • Card payments and bank payouts have separate statuses, so one can be available while the other is not.
  • Use Continue setup or Update payment details to see what the secure form still requires.

  • Payment setup has started, but card payments are not active.
  • Choose Continue setup.
  • Clients can pay by card, but money cannot yet be sent to your bank.
  • Choose Update payment details.
  1. Open Payments and read the status card and any payout warning below it.
  2. Open the setup option shown and complete every remaining request in the secure form. A later request can concern identity, business, or bank details.
  3. Close the form and choose Refresh status.
No payout option appearsConfirm that payouts are enabled and that the Available to pay out balance is above zero.
Payment status will not loadChoose Refresh status. If it still fails, try again later rather than guessing whether payouts are enabled.

Gloa shows whether payments and payouts are enabled, but it does not show a detailed reason beside every unavailable status. The secure form is the place to read and complete the outstanding request.
