See what the client already paid, then collect any remaining balance directly at your salon.

The appointment shows what was paid online and what remains. Collect only the remaining amount using the payment method you accept at the salon.
- Open the appointment and check its payment details before asking the client to pay.
- Compare the amount already paid with the service total. The remaining figure shown there is what you collect at the salon.
- After the visit, mark the appointment done to close out its appointment status. This does not record cash or another payment taken outside Gloa.
- Can clients from my own link pay at the salon?
- If you turn on pay at the salon for your shared link or code, those clients book without an online card or deposit. Bookings that come from Gloa's marketplace still follow your normal deposit policy.
