In short

  • Have your identity, business, and bank details ready.
  • Complete the secure form with details that match your official documents.
  • Submitting the form does not guarantee bank payouts. Check the payment status to see whether payouts are enabled or more information is required.

Payout setup happens on secure screens provided by the company that moves the money. Gloa does not store the bank details you enter there.

What to have ready

  • Your legal name, date of birth, home address, and contact details.
  • Your business name, address, and registration details, if your business has them.
  • The bank account where you want payouts deposited.
  • An identity or business document if the secure screens ask for one.

  4. Return to Gloa and refresh the payment status. If more information is needed, continue setup from the same place.
