When you are asked to confirm your identity

Complete identity requests in the secure payment form so card payments and bank payouts can remain available.

In short

  • The secure payment form can ask for identity or business information during setup or later.
  • Use information that matches your official documents.
  • Until the request is complete, card payments or payouts may remain unavailable.

An identity request is part of the payment details for your business. It does not mean you must open a new Gloa account or repeat details that the form has already accepted.

Have ready

  • Your legal name, date of birth, home address, and contact details.
  • Your business name, address, and registration details, if applicable.
  • Any identity or business document named in the secure form.
  1. Open Payments and choose Continue setup or Update payment details.
  2. Read each request in the secure form and provide the matching information or document. Keep accents, initials, addresses, and the legal business name consistent with your documents.
  3. Close the form and refresh the payment status in Gloa.
The status still says Almost thereReopen Continue setup and check for another requested detail, then refresh the status again.
