In short

  • Changing bank details affects where later payouts are sent.
  • A payout already started keeps the status and arrival information shown in Recent payouts.
  • Only the business owner can update payment details.

Path: Payments › Update payment details

  1. Open Payments and read the status of any recent payout that has not arrived.
  2. Choose Update payment details and replace the bank details in the secure form. The update option appears when card payments are active.
  3. Close the form, then refresh the payment status.

If the secure form asks for more information after the change, finish those requests before expecting another payout.
