In short

  • Your available money is paid to the bank account you add in the secure payment form.
  • Only the business owner can set up payments and payouts.
  • Payouts remain unavailable until the required payment details are complete.

The bank account you enter is where payouts from your available balance are sent. Adding it does not move pending money or start a payout by itself.

Before you start

  • The bank details for the account you want to use.
  • Your legal identity and business details, in case the same form asks for them.

Path: Payments › Set up payments

  1. Open Payments and choose Set up payments.
  2. Complete the secure form and add the bank account that should receive your payouts. Use details that match the account and your official documents.
  3. Close the form and refresh the payment status in Gloa.
Payouts are still unavailableChoose Continue setup or Update payment details and complete anything the secure form still requests.
