Your Gloa plan

What you pay Gloa, how billing works, and changing your plan.

  1. What your Gloa plan covers — Your plan covers your business use of Gloa; client payments and bank payouts are separate money flows.
  2. How plan billing works — See the next charge, keep your billing details current, and find every plan invoice.
  3. What Gloa charges you, and when — Billing shows your current monthly total, taxes, next charge date, and the card that will be used.
  4. Change the card used for your plan — Add the replacement card, then mark it as the default card for future plan charges.
  5. Fix a plan payment that did not go through — Your existing appointments and records stay in place. Update the card, then pay the open amount from Billing.
  6. Get booking working after your plan is paused — Pay the outstanding plan amount with a valid saved card. Online booking reopens when the payment clears.
  7. Find and read your plan invoices — Your Billing page lists each plan invoice with its number, issue date, status, and total.
  8. Cancel your plan without deleting your page — Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your page and records remain, but new online bookings stop when the plan ends.
