Change the card used for your plan

Add the replacement card, then mark it as the default card for future plan charges.

In short

  • Future plan charges use the saved card marked Default.
  • Add the new card before removing the old one.
  • Changing the default card does not settle a payment that is already open.

Have ready

  • The replacement card
  • Its expiry, security code, and postal code
  1. Choose Add another card.
  2. Complete the card form and save it. Wait for the new card to appear in the saved-card list before continuing.
  3. Choose Use this one beside the new card.
  4. Confirm that the new card is marked Default, then remove the old card if you no longer need it.
The card form will not load.Wait a moment and try again.
The card could not be saved.Check every card detail and try again.
The old card is still being used.Make sure the replacement card carries the Default label.
