Your planAppointment money
  • Covers the business tools you use to run Gloa.
  • Its current details appear on your billing page.
  • Client payments and transaction deductions are separate from your subscription.
  • Payments, payouts, and reconciliation show this money.

Your billing page names your current plan and status. It also shows the live amount that applies to your business, so you never need to rely on an old article for the price.

  • The plan is for the business tools you use to run your page, bookings, calendar, clients, and business records.
  • Where a paid plan is based on open locations, the billing page shows which locations are counted and the current total.
  • Card payment costs and other transaction deductions are not your subscription. Their exact effect is shown on the payment screen where they apply.
  • Money clients pay for appointments belongs in payments, payouts, and reconciliation, not in your plan invoices.
