Use your booking code when you arrive
Your appointment includes a QR code and may include a short check-in code. Show the code at the salon so your arrival can be recorded.

In short
- Open the check-in code from your appointment before or when you arrive.
- Show the QR code to the front desk; the screen may also show a short code.
- After the salon records your arrival, the code screen shows that you are checked in.
The code screen also shows payment details when a deposit or full payment is recorded. If a balance remains after a deposit, it identifies that balance as due at check-in.
Find your code: Bookings › Your upcoming appointment › Show check-in code
- Open the upcoming appointment and choose Show check-in code.
- Show the QR code at the salon when you arrive. If the salon needs the short check-in code instead, it appears below the QR code when available.
- Wait for the screen to show Checked in after the salon records your arrival.
| The QR code says it is not ready | Return to the appointment and open the check-in code again. If it is still unavailable when you arrive, give the salon your appointment details. |
