In short
- The grace period starts at the appointment's scheduled start.
- Until it ends, the no-show action stays unavailable.
- The same period also holds back any no-show fee attached to the booking.
Path: Business profile › Booking policy › No-show grace
| Before the appointment starts | You cannot close it as completed or no-show. |
|---|---|
| During the grace period | You may mark it completed, but no-show remains locked. |
| After the grace period | No-show becomes available if the client has not checked in. |
- Open Business profile and find No-show grace under Booking policy.
- Choose a preset or choose Custom and enter the waiting time. The explanation underneath confirms that this wait protects clients who are only late.
- Save the business profile.
| The no-show action is still missing. | Check the appointment start and wait for the countdown shown on its details to finish. |
|---|---|
| The client has checked in. | Mark the appointment completed instead; a checked-in client cannot be a no-show. |
